얼마전 또 알리바바 이용 중 계정이 정지되는 일이 발생했다. 또 알리바바 계정이 정지된 것이다. 예전에도 같은 일이 있었는데..짜증난다.
그래서 재활성화를 위해 필요한 서류와 정보를 (온라인으로) 제출했다. 그런데 위 에밀과 같이 이번에는 영구정지가 됐다는 회신을 받았다. 지난번에도 계정이 정지되어 다시 살려놨는데..또 정지된 것이고..이번에는 영구정지됐다는 거다.
인터넷을 찾아보니..이와 관련한 정보가 거의 없는 것 같다. 네티즌중에서 영구정지 됐다는 케이스를 찾기 힘들었다. 인터넷을 찾아보니 동일한 IP를 사용한 계정의 경우에 그럴 수 있다는..꼭 그래서 그런 것 같지는 않다. 혹자는 회사정보를 보내줘도 다시 안열어줘서 골드멤버로 등록할 수 밖에 없었다는 네티즌이 있었다.
아, 스바..머리 스팀들어온다. 하여 그래서 다시 문의를 했다.(문의하는 것도 엄청 힘들다.) 문의는 Live Chat을 통해 일단 불만접수를 하였고..재검토하여 이메일로 알려주겠다고 한다. 검증하는 건 좋은데..검증에 필요한 걸 다 보냈는데도 안되면 어쩌라는거냐..쩝.
그리고 알리바바 코리아는 없다. 알리바바 코리아라고 하는 사이트는..영문 알리바바 사이트를 한국어로 번역한 사이트일 뿐이다. 고객센터를 결국 영문이며..알리바바와의 통신은 모두 영문으로 처리해야 한다.

1차로 요구하는 서류를 보냈다. 근데도 정지가 풀리지 않아서..

그러나..최종 결과는 다음과 같이 통보가 왔다.

한마디로 영구정지됐다는 거다.

근데 이유가 없다. 내부적으로 무슨 이유인지 모르겠으나
일방적으로 계정이 정지된 사람들이 많다.
구글을 보면 불만이 많지만 쌩까는 식으로 나오는 알라바바에게 어찌할 도리가 없다.
아..나 이런 황당한 시츄에이션은...쩝.
아무래도 짜장면의 한계인가 보다.

알리바바 계정 정지되면 위와 같은 양식에 따라 활성화를 요청해야한다.
중요한 것은..단 한 번의 기회밖에 없음으로 신중하게 작성해야 한다.
첨부파일을 보낼 때는 해당 항목에서 요구하는 설명을 잘 읽고 보내야 한다.
영구정지되었으면 새로 계정을 만들어도 정상적으로 개설이 될지 장담할 수 없단다.
아..진정 짜증제대로다. 골치아프다.
