Get English-good at, good in, good with...?

What are the differences between 'good at', 'good with'. and 'good in'? 

  • good at: 'specific skill or ability'.

ex) He is good at English, computing, etc.

  • good with: 'dealing with' certain type of person or situation.

ex) He is good with kids, or difficult people.

  • good in: general thing. 'good in' situations and environments.

ex) She is good in school or emergency, etc.
