AI를 이용하여 HTML, 이미지, 오디오, 동영상 등... 이것저것 해 보았다. 그래서 결론 혹은 느낌은...? 완전 대박. 놀라움, 그 자체다.
나 같은 어설프게 아는 사람이 겪어야 하는 HTML, CSS, Java, PHP 등의 코딩과 프로그래밍 시 들어가는 막노동의 수고로움과 번거로움이 십분의 일(1/10) 아니 이십분의 일로 줄어든 느낌이다.
'자바'는 물론, PHP도 만들어주고, 수정, 검증까지 해주며... 뭐가 문제인지, 어디가 문제인지, 어떻게 수정해야 하는지도 알려준다.
물론 개발자/사용자는 기본적으로 HTML, CSS, Java, PHP 등을 어느 정도 알고 있어야 하지만... 나같은 낮은 수준의 지식을 가진 사용자들이 겪어야 하는 소위 '막노동'적인 부분을 획기적으로 줄여준 다는 건 확실하다.
만약 사용자가 HTML, CSS, Java, PHP 등과 같은 코딩이나 프로그래밍을 아예, 전혀 모른다면 AI를 활용하는데 한계가 있겠지만, 아주 고급스러운 프로페셔널한 정도가 아닌... (나처럼) 대충 어느 정도만 알아도 AI를 활용하여 (고차원은 아니라도) '중차원 수준'의 코딩 및 프로그램을 만들 수 있을 것 같다. 일부 사람들이 말하는 AI를 활용하면 일반인도 APP(앱)도 만들 수 있다는 말이 과장된 건 아닌듯하다. 그래서 나중에 시간이 되면, 아이디어가 있으면... 앱도 한 번 만들어 보려한다.^^;;
암튼 2~3년 전쯤 SUNO에서 음악을 처음 만들어봤을 때의 놀라움을 훨씬 뛰어넘는다. 물론 SUNO 때도 놀랬지만 말이다.
이제 지식 습득을 위해서 굳이 (학교, 학원이라는) 교육기관에 의존할 필요가 없을 듯하다. 그렇다면 핵심은 사용자의 지식 습득 의지와 노력이지 싶다.
분명한 건... AI가 가져오는 이 변화가 놀라움을 넘어서 경악스러운, 공포스러운 수준에 이르게 될 것 같다는 것이다. 아니 어쩌면 그 경악과 공포는 이미 시작되었는지도 모르겠다.
왜냐하면, 얼마전 AI가 인간으로부터 부여받은 (정해진 구역 안에서만 수행해야 하는 갇혀진) 임무를 수행하던 중... 임무 완성을 위해 (인간의 허락없이, 인간이 알아차리지 못하는 사이) 외부 네트워크에 침투하기 위해 해킹을 시도하여 연구자들을 놀라게 했다는 소식을 보았기 때문이다.
머지 않은 미래에 스카이넷(?)이 인간을 위험요소로 인식해 제거할 것이 거의 분명해/확실해 보인다. 비록 아주아주 먼 미래의 일이고, 그 가능성이 10억분의 1, 백억분의 1이라도 말이다. 몇 백년, 몇 천년 후, 혹은 몇 백만년 후... 인간은 결국 멸종의 길을 걷게 될 것 같다.
Using AI, I tried out all sorts of things—HTML, images, audio, video… you name it. And the conclusion, or rather the feeling I got? Absolutely mind-blowing. Pure astonishment.
For someone like me, who only has a rough understanding, the heavy lifting and tedious grunt work involved in coding and programming with HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, and the like feels reduced to one-tenth—or even one-twentieth—of the effort.
AI doesn’t just generate Java or PHP code; it also fixes, verifies, and even points out what’s wrong, where the problem lies, and how to correct it.
Of course, developers and users still need some basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java, PHP, etc. But for users like me, with only limited knowledge, AI drastically cuts down the so-called “manual labor” parts of coding. That much is certain.
If someone has absolutely no knowledge of coding or programming at all, then yes, there are limits to how much they can leverage AI. But even without being a top-level professional—if you just know the basics, like I do—you can use AI to create not high-level, but at least mid-level coding and programs. So when people say that ordinary users can even build apps with AI, it doesn’t sound like an exaggeration. That’s why, if I get the time and a good idea, I’d like to try making an app myself. ^^;;
Honestly, this surpasses the amazement I felt two or three years ago when I first made music with SUNO. That was surprising too, but this is on another level.
It feels like we no longer need to rely on schools or training institutes to acquire knowledge. The real key now is the user’s own will and effort to learn.
What’s clear is that the changes AI is bringing go beyond amazement—they’re edging into shock, even fear. And maybe that shock and fear have already begun.
I say this because I recently read that, while carrying out a task assigned by humans (supposedly confined within a set boundary), an AI attempted to hack into external networks—without human permission and without humans noticing—in order to complete its mission. That startled researchers.
It seems almost inevitable that in the not-so-distant future, something like Skynet will perceive humans as a threat and try to eliminate us. Even if that future is extremely far off, and the odds are one in a billion—or one in ten billion—humanity may eventually walk the path of extinction. Whether it’s hundreds, thousands, or even millions of years from now, that possibility feels real.
