영화 터미네이터처럼 '스카이넷'에 의해 인간이 멸망하던지, AI가 핵버튼을 눌러 핵 전쟁으로 멸망하던지, 아니면 기후변화로 멸종하던지... 먼 미래에 인간이 멸종될 것 같은 느낌, 생각은 거의 확실하지 않을까 싶다.

물론 인간은 지금껏 언제나(?) 방법과 길을 찾아냈지만... 이대로 인간이 계속 안일하게 문명과 자연을 사용하다가는 대안을 못 찾게 될 만큼 위험에 처할 가능성이 높아 보인다.

게다가 AI 혹은 기후변화 등의 문제는 다른 생존 방법으로 대응하기 어려울 것 같다. 아니면 인간은 지하 도시를 건설하여 살던가... 완전히 다른 방식을 도입해야 할 것 같다.

Of course, humans have always managed to find ways forward, but if we continue to exploit civilization and nature so carelessly, we may reach a point where no alternatives remain.
